1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the gtgt99 platform — including the website, any mobile-optimised version, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and gtgt99.

gtgt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the gtgt99 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the gtgt99 platform, including but not limited to players who browse the website without registering, registered account holders, and any persons who interact with the platform in any other capacity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a gtgt99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise lawfully permitted to participate in online gaming activities.
• You are accessing the gtgt99 platform on your own behalf, for personal and recreational purposes only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by gtgt99 or any responsible gaming authority that would prohibit your participation.
• You have not previously had a gtgt99 account closed for rule violations, fraud, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity for any competitor, research organisation, or regulatory body while using the gtgt99 platform.

gtgt99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Underage Access

If gtgt99 discovers that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, minus any winnings generated — which will be forfeited. gtgt99 will report any confirmed instances of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the gtgt99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information at the time of registration — or at any subsequent point — may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gtgt99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a safe and secure gaming environment. All players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gtgt99, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your gtgt99 account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. gtgt99 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim a given bonus once per promotional period, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder named on the registered account. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtgt99 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud gtgt99, its payment providers, or other players — including chargebacks, reversed transactions, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or multi-player game formats.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to exploit game vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent restrictions placed on a previous account.
• Money Laundering: Using the gtgt99 platform as a mechanism to launder illegally obtained funds or to circumvent financial regulations.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, fabricating proof of address, or otherwise deceiving gtgt99 during the KYC process or at any other stage.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access to the platform for a person under 18.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the gtgt99 platform or its underlying infrastructure through any means including denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or reverse engineering.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

gtgt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Situations in which gtgt99 may take such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player with their payment provider.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the closure or freezing of the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your gtgt99 account voluntarily, please contact the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed promptly upon request. Accounts with a remaining balance will be closed once any pending withdrawal has been processed and the balance returned to your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended and all marketing communications will cease. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtgt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gtgt99 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if gtgt99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gtgt99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While gtgt99 takes all reasonable measures to maintain a reliable and secure service, temporary unavailability may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond gtgt99's control.

All games available on the gtgt99 platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. gtgt99 does not accept liability for any technical malfunction, disconnection, or data error originating from a third-party game provider's platform. In the event of a documented technical error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and stakes returned at gtgt99's discretion.

gtgt99's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
